Sunset - Our privately owned 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom (3 en-suite)
villa comfortably accommodates 14 guests and is located in the
Hampton Lakes community which is ideally located for all of Orlando's
attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, golf courses and is
within easy reach of the interstate 4 which provides access to
either coast of Florida.
The villa is fully registered and licensed with the Florida State Tourist Authority and our local representative, who ensures that the property is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, are always on hand to assist in any way possible in order to ensure that you have a trouble free holiday.
The villa completed and furnished in September 2002 is a detached two storey villa set in a pretigious location in the centre of the community, the rear of which overlooks a magnificent lake with fountain feature and is south facing thereby affording all day sunshine to the pool and patio area.
With some 3145 square feet of living space and 1000 square feet of private screened pool and patio area. The villa is much larger and better appointed than most properties offered for holiday rental in the Orlando area.
The property is fully air conditioned throughout and ceilling fans are fitted in the principle rooms to assist in the circulation of warm or cool air |
