A South facing 40 x 30 fully screened patio area incorporating
a 28 x 14 swimming pool and 6 seater Jacuzzi. Furnished with
ample comfortable padded sun beds and reclining chairs, 2 x dining
tables with parasol, 12 chairs and gas fired B.B.Q. The pool is
fitted with automatic cleaning and filtration equipment, underwater
lighting, and an electric heater for the cooler months in the
winter. The Jacuzzi, with its own underwater lighting can be
separately heated by gas.
